Abstract
|
|
|
Viable units counts in BCG vaccine on the L-J medium, which has been most widely
used, have been compared with those on the other media, 1% KH2PO
4 Ogawa medium, KIT medium, and 7Hl1 medium. The viable particles
were counted least on the L-J medium and this medium also required much longer
incubation to obtain maximum counts than the other media.
